This Game is Excellent Mersox.
I want to point out a few things. First of all, i did read some of your previous posts and once again, your game isn't easy and it isn't hard either. You can die and when it's game over you can restart that stage so that's very good with me.
Besides that, I sometimes miss punching the putties when I am at the same line with them. Did you set up your hitboxes like that on purpose to make it harder or is it just that way?
Also, having two Tommy's isn't bad. It reminds me of the episode called: "The Return Of The Green Ranger" where they were fighting with each other. They also had an alliance at the end so that's great.
Besides that some of your moves should have a stronger hit. For example: When I use the Power Sword with Jason, he just dashes with the Sword. I believe the movement should look a little like ShoRyuKen with a little movement to the air. It could even hit 2 times or so. Haohmaru could be a good reference for that aswell.
Another suggestion for those who wants to read a readme. Include the credits as a readme.txt file there.

ah, side note: I don't think the hi-res effects go well with the SNES graphics. or at least put some transparencie on it

Omega, the hitbox thing is default OpenBOR. If you do Jason's special when his power bar is completely full, he will rise shoryuken style. Also added a read me file.

Uploading version 1.3 which fixes being able to pick words in ranger stages and viceversa. There's also more stuff that was fixed on version 1.2

The small explosions when the bosses dies, the big explosions (and its a bit weird how the moves upward), and Rita's teleport.

by the way to anyone wanting to play this on Wii I had previously stated that it didn't work on the Wii but after downloading a newer version of OpenBor (Included in the Link above) it does work . There's a few issues including a slight lag every now and then & there is a green shadow underneath all the Rangers and Enemies, as well as a green light around the puttys as they explode... but there not big enough issues not to enjoy this on the console.

supa, it's the same thing. Go to control and assign keyboard keys to the second player.

Wow, this demo is pretty solid. Quite fun to play and overall has a nice vibe on it. I loved the remixed stages from Genesis turned into SNES style.
But I certainly I share the idea that the characters should have different attributes and properties between them, so could add diversity and replay value.
BTW, is any of the SNES stages will be featured as well? I personally love the first stage in the streets and the park (maybe a remix with the MMPR The Movie from SNES?) and definitely the construction building too.
Regardless, the game plays wonderfully and so far have no bugs or complaints, everything works well on my end... probly a bit too hard (lack of health items and few continues), but not broken and overall enjoyable.
