Obeditor crash

As the title implies, i was working on my mod using Obeditor to get some coordinates for the enemies spawning and everything seemed to be normal but it suddenly crashed. I tried to restart the program over and over again and it simply crashes when i try to load a stage level.

What the hell just happened??? I'm using Obeditor 1.5 of it helps.

Unfortunately I don't have much good news. First there's no official editor. The OpenBOR Team just works on the engine. All the editors were personal projects. Sadly they're long abandoned and never got stable releases.

I use both Obeditor and Oborstats since they each have things they're good at, and all I can really tell you is to avoid certain actions. As an example, if you accidentally click an empty area in one of them (forget which off top of my head), it will kick you to the desktop instantly. Also, never save from within the editors. They tend to mangle your model and level files. Copy and paste specific contents.

Hopefully someone will step up one day and build a stable editor.

I knew Obeditor was unstable, my pc even detects it as malware. I never save my progress on the program either because I'm aware of its malfunction when saving txt files. I was just using the program for visual references (as everybody does) until it reacted as if it was getting oversaturated when i was trying to refresh my level, it freezed and then it crashed to never work again.

I downloaded the Obeditor again and still the same

remoev some stuff from level and do only what you wanrt to do in stage editor to get the coords, when you get the coords then paste everyuthing back into the stage.
Thats what i do.When i want to make walls i remove all crap from stage and just leave walls to focus on them, when theyre done i brin back deleted stuff from txt file

I got panic and i personally didn't get a good impression from Obeditor since the first time i downloaded it, i've always thought it's a pretty unstable and dangerous program for both my Mod and PC. I had to move on and give Chronocrash Modder Tools a chance and it's wonderful.
