Pallete organization issue?

(First of all, I saw the "Pallete?" topic and thought about necro'ing it, but thought it might've been bad manners. We can merge or something if necessary I guess! Also hello there!)

Hey guys, how are you doing? I've been lurkinga while trying to figure out stuff to make my own mod. I'm making the graphics myself and I turned to BOR because I have 0 programming skills. I've managed to put my first enemy together but he keeps flashing wild colours. I made the sprite so I know he was well under 30 colours, but from reading here what I reckon is that when I exported the frames with Graphics Gale, the colours keep shifting around in the pallete, so the eyes' yellow shift for the clothing purple and so on.

So the big question is: does anyone know of an easy way to make them consistent? I saw the photoshop organizing method but I really would rather not have to do it frame by frame. I also saw that I could try using irfanview but it doesn't allow me to easily shift the existing pallete entries to make it all in the same order, and so I would have to take note of each value and put it in order and that sounds like a ungodly ammount of work.

Any tips?
 
Oh shoot. I should've read that first, obviously. Sorry about that. Thanks guys! Works like a charm now. Anxious to start a progress thread when I have more than just one lousy enemy going :D
