"RotationSprite" Scale small sprites and rotate sprites without color loss

Didn't know that program
Quite cool actually
Might be very handfull for FX

I just hate the GUI (or the lack of it)

Very promising indeed! I just have no idea what I would use it for... I typically work with smaller sprites anyways, so any resizing I need done is achieved easily due to pixelation. But I'll definitely keep this in mind!

This kind of thing was very required at this http://brazilmugenteam.com/bsc
And I will be using to make some missing frames and resizing needed. Thanks to this tool, some chars like Goku, Ax Battler, Shinobi and others will be avaliable on the next version :)

This does not work on my windows 8.1 it loads and then crashes before i can put an image in there.  Photoshop blurrs the sprite and adds way too many colors when i use transform :(

CS6 is perfectly capable of making clean sprites, you just need to have the settings adjusted to do so.

First, turn off the anti-aliasing setting - that thing is your worst enemy when doing sprite work. Also, make sure to use nearest neighbor when scaling.

It isn't a necessity, but rotating in 25' increments usually gives you better results.
