To have sprites of the same dimensions from spritesheet

Hi, I would like to know how to have sprites of the same dimensions from spritesheet so I can put only one offset for each animation.

I usually copy and paste each sprite from spritesheet into a psd, photoshop document. One layer for each sprite.
Then I align all sprites properly so only one offset is required for each animation.

Do you mean like this by 18:00 ?

Hmmm... in my method, I copied sprite from sheet whose background color is transparent. Therefore when it's pasted into psd, only the sprite is stored there. I don't need to recolor background of each sprite cause the psd already has background with magenta color as base.
But yeah, other than that, the idea is the same with one in the video there.
