For me its Joe with the back attacks, Billy being able to interrupt you attacks and Dirk just for bringing claws from Final Fight 3.
The main goal behind this post is to find out if their behavior could be replicated in Openbor games.
I came across well thought out enemies that don't get to shine due to grouping issues, you can't appreciate the fight with 20 enemies on screen, 5 enemies should be the max with anything about 10 should have context like a fight in a mall where there are 5 enemies you fight fighting surrounded by civilians.
Think of Gojo's fight during the shibuya incident where he got trapped if JJK is your thing
