In Progress Street Fighter 89 The Final Fight by Machok v3.8.3

The project is currently under development.
I was experimenting with the concept of ricocheting enemies off each other instead of the screen edge, I kinda like it but it needs a lot of tweaking, I wanted it to be a perk of Haggar and adding additional damage because he's the powerhouse of the game.


I've decided against it for Machock's version but it's definitely something I'll add to stuff of my own I'm working on after this.
 
After I run version 3.8.3 I started to wonder ... does anyone really play this game using A as attack and D as jump? F is a knockout move. I am aware that remapping keys is easy operation, but I need to do this with each downloaded version. And for me between A and D keys is huge gap ...

@Rysiek After configuring your keys, just make a backup of your .cfg file in your saves folder. This one contains system configurations, including controls.
Then you can copy/paste it every time you download a new game file.
 
Since this bootleg game was made over the arcade version of Final Fight, maybe it can serve you with some alternative bosses?

Haggar is now complete and so is the new moveset, I will be spending the next couple of weeks adding all the additional animations and scripts to all the enemies for the Haggar update and then I'll finally get onto doing the levels.

Someday I’d love to see a Haggar attack where he grabs two enemies and makes them bonk heads, similar to combatribes.

And basically any and all wrestling moves, thinking about “Mat Mania” when I say that.

Sharing my thoughts for fun.

Can't wait to play Haggar and start slamming thugs and Andores through the concrete! Excellent work danno!
 
Looking forward to this. It's gonna take us for a ride for an action-packed brawler/wrestler to pummel 'em to the ground.
