Moonblade is a 2D platform game inspired in franchises like MegaMan X and classic Ninja Gaiden, the plot consist in two warriors, A Ninja called Saki Fujinami and a D-69 Bounty Hunter android girl in their fight for solve a conspiracy and uncover the Truth about the annihilation of an important entity and the destruction of a new mineral found in the moon.
The game is set in a futuristic theme with detailed cutscenes and 8 original Bosses.

There is a method to create Mode 7 effects in vertical and not just horizontal? I'm creating a third-person motorcycle stage and wanted it to know if it was possible to create vertical mode 7 effects in openbor, If this is not, well, I'll continue with my plan to animate a frame by frame background that gives the effect of stretching, similar to the 2D Famicom games.

Every time someone asks "is it possible", a koala bear dies.

It's quite easy to do vertical scrolling planes. This example is a simple prototype. It filters a vertical scrolled layer though a sub-screen. You can get much more sophisticated and nicer looking with some touch ups.


This one has vertically and horizontally scrolled cloud layers.


Here's a third making a pipe effect.

Man how did I miss this? Looks great Osman.

Tried to get 1.1. I'm told the first file is invalid and I can only open the 2nd zip file. The previous version worked though.

A little note, this game just work fine in PC, it can't be playable properly on Android APK due a incompatibility issues. (Serious and unplayable bugs happen)
The game are well programed but just works in its own Openbor version.

Hi, I wanna ask were I can download the Lucia's run demo? I wanna learn how to create a horizontal mode 7 effect like this nice demo.
