The fatality that doesn't involve the frog.

About the frog fatality, It's a great idea!
But I'm not going to use it for the third fatality, becuse I have almots complete the third fatality.
So I'm going to use the frog fatality for the new "kill on ground".
Now you can kill an enemy fallen of the floor with a special kill.
If the enemy is low on health, close press down and the fatality button.

I have a suggestion for Batman fatality.
Instead of making the enemy drop on his head and explod, why don't you make him explod on the air and let only the pieces fall on the ground? You can make it explod once Batman's belt blinks.

Thanks my friend. But not the idea use explosive devices in this fatalitiy.
I want a fatal drop from high altitude.

Nice progress again!!!
I was surprised by Batman's one.
I had Ilu's idea in my head and was surprised to see the guy falling.
IMO this fata drop is very good!!

About Orchid, I never really liked this boob flash stuff.
Makes her sexy, but not a fighter... your riding/mount finisher is far better.
She finishes her opponent without mercy!!

I like the idea of "on the ground" finisher.

Keep it up, this is awesome! I can't wait to see more!

About Orchid,  I think the same.
I never like that type of "Nintendo" fatalities. The frog for the ground kill is good to me and original.
About the third fatality of Orchid, the idea is make the leg strangulation like the video of Mai you send me.
It is not an easy task, but I have faith that I can do it.

What about a "broken neck" killed sprite for the enemy?

Yes my friend, the idea is make a leg strangulation and finish with break opponent's neck.
About the sprite for killed enemy "broken neck", I think in use a sprite with a head in anormal position, to simulate the brocken neck.

Also you edited well Orchid landing sprite on the frog crush.
In the original game I think she landed in a strange way with feets appart.
At least in SNES version (I might be wrong)

Yesterday while talking about the game with my daughter, she had a great idea. Give it the name of BRUTALITY to ground kills, like the brutalities an MKX.
So now you can see the BRUTALITY text after the ground kill.
Looks great!
I show this in my next video.
 
I was thinking Brutality might make more sense if you kill an opponent with a super combo, since they're very similar to the multi-hit attacks in Brutalities. Perhaps killing an enemy with the super combo could make them explode into bones and have 'Brutality' shown?

You're right. But keep in mind that Brutalities in Mortal Kombat X are not necessarily multi-hit attacks.
They are only Fatalities that you can execute when the enemy still has health.
 
IMO Brutality text is OK for a move on the ground.
Even if it was not in real games, here it fits well. :)
 
Brutality sounds like a good idea. How about making a critical attack as a finisher or final blow? If not, how about something like Astral Finish which you start doing a finisher? It doesn't have to be fancy. Do something simple.

Some of these will give you ideas if you wanna do some Brutalities but you said they are not multi-hit attacks. Could be useful for non-MK chars you have.

For yours, you don't have to do combos.
 
In the end after some tests, I decided to rename the ground kills.
Instead of BRUTALITY, its name is NO MERCY.
I found a name more than adequate, as you execute the enemy when he is down.
So until now NO MERCY!
