Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-Kun Re

In Progress Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-kun Re v0.03

No permission to download
The project is currently under development.

The motorcycle stage is getting more and more complete.
Unlike the original, I've added a feature that requires players to dodge trucks.
In the video, it appears they're dodge-able, but the character doesn't take any damage yet.

Oh it's those awesome kunio tachi no banka motorcycle stages? they're so awesome!!
I love that game so much!
It's also planned to these vehicles to hit enemies as well?

perhaps the addition of a single smaller car but with different colors would work!
I'm up with this idea.
Make the car very generic, so you cannot notice it's the same model.
And change a bit the colors to 3-4 variations.

Yes, I plan to have enemies appear on the side and attack.

I made some minor detail upgrades to the motorcycle sprite.

Since the design was based on the NES Kunio-kun sprite, many aspects were rough.

No matter how simplified it was, it felt like it was missing some essential elements, so I added an exhaust pipe.

Actually, there's probably a better sprite for the 3DS Kunio-kun game, but I couldn't find it, so I drew it myself.

This time, I'm working on a female character's bike motion. Since the bike requires less action, I think I can finish it quickly.

the color additions make things much better and vivid!
I know this stage is just a test and I guess it will be considerable longer than the video,
But it already looks so much fun that the video feels even shorten than it is hahahahaha

What do you thinks that adding a generic car like these could also be a good idea too? you can use these images as reference, and 2 or 3 different color variants would be enought!! in the case of this idea be considered and the stage be longer, could also be good to make the traffic a bit less jammed is some parts :3

I almost choked laughing when I saw the word "Isekai" written on the truck.

But, other than that, this game looks promising! Your spritework is amazing. Never got much knowledgeable in Kunio-kun outside of River City Ransom and the Dodgeball games (which are good games in their own).

Hello.
I've been on hiatus for the past few days, so I'm sorry for the late update.

Minor updates will be using the second logo starting with the upcoming games.

This character is a Pokémon. I'm not familiar with it, but I like rabbits, so I drew it to symbolize them.

In Korea, this Pokémon is called "earlob"(이어롭) but I'm not sure what it's called elsewhere.

His real name in other sites is Lopunny

Tokki is indeed the Korean word for rabbits.

I don't think using Loppuny in a logo is a good idea, given how Nintendo is protective of their IPs.
