In Progress Street Fighter 89 The Final Fight by Machok v3.8.3

It feels never end and it's only one character 😶
hopefully this one is the last for Haggar



Nice!! More grappling !!!
I'm not sure how it is in Slam masters but try to avoid "one limb move only or half body move only" particularly in "powerful" moves
I still can try to fix that for you later, but giving aven a slight "stretch" of lower body would make the animation look better.

Want to use this move for something like Grabup anim, after grabattack we have another options. Also can be used to start the air combo
but I haven't tested yet so I don't know how it looks in game

Not bad. He could play like his MVC3 counterpart with his air combos if it were advanced. I like that he can attack on air and then perform a throw to dropdown.

-Added 2 new colors for Cody, 3 for Guy and 1 for Haggar, the next version you'll need to unlock Maki Genryusai first before she can be playable

Great! I think such a training stage is "mandatory" with the upgraded mechanics!
Maki sounds good as an unlockable.

Wow! When I first contacted you I never imagined the project would go so far into "extra content" (moves, stages etc)
Such a great progress! :)

What's really great about this project is seeing not only the improvements of the game but the improvements of your skills too @machok also other members of the community pitching in and helping out. warms me heart.
 
All of these tweaks and improvements sound great. Something that I always enjoy about this project is the graphic aspect that is very faithful to the first game. Congrats.
I look forward to playing the new update.
 
The new select player screen definitely feels like the arcade and the new colors for the trio are a nice bonus. The updated mechanics is gonna add some real depth to the tried and true beat'em up formula seeing Haggar going ham on poor Bred lol. Great stuff machok!

At first I needed an openbor final fight version but since nothing was suitable I decided to make one
have come this far finally I can put one by one things that I want (because Capcom decided to just keep releasing it with nothing new)
and getting support from all of you is the most great things so this mod can get this far

I am one of the lucky ones here, this proves that people actually really want a new/remake final fight game
When I see of all time top 5 openbor games, upcoming SORX and your night slasher this engine capabilities is amazing, I'll continue to be dedicated to learning

that's the planned, after I added a new sprite for original Cody I can't say for sure Prisoner Cody will get a similar update
since prison cody is 100% ELECTRO edit so we will see about this

I'm always amazed to see how he can find a way to fix any kind of problem, with some code/script that actually works!
Much respect for him to keep working on his own project and helping the community as much as he can.
I try to do it at my level with custom sprites, since I'm slow and I'm not a good programer ^^
