Who doesn't love it? All that remains is for the rest to show up. Yellow Signal was a major surprise, though.

BTW after seeing the video something occurred to me, in original game, characters (players and enemies) for instance only have 2 frames for FALL animation. Now for this mod, will you make smoother animations with more frames or make animations with less frames like in original?

It'll be smoother animations but keeping the frames at a minimum for certain animations for gameplay purposes. We'll be balancing it all out as we go. :)
 
I like everything in this project from the first time I read something on BA forums.
I know, you'll do the best choices.

I am kinda interested. I went and played the version of the mod I had and I wished I could have finished it. I've forgotten some of my plans and stuff though so I'd be a little lost on where to start, lol.

I might work on a solo project anyway to get used to making mods again. Stuff like FPG Edit I've completely forgotten how to use lol. If I'm able to pick it up again then I'll definitely want to try and finish Hunting Java too. It would be kinda fun to aim to complete that story and have her become a hero in time for this OpenBOR game's release, then it would be like she really did become a playable hero XD

I have no idea what Discord is btw lol.

I hear that. SOOOO many fan sequels have been in the works and then never saw the light of day. This is one of the coolest looking ones yet so I hope it breaks that cycle!

I think the hardest thing I had to face with this project is telling my brain to shut up with all the ideas, sitting down and choosing the direction I wanted to go. We tend to want to do a lot with projects regarding our favorite games. Just now I had to stop myself from overpowering Donovan LOL

As an exemple, in my game project, the template enemy have too much features for a normal enemy.
But this way, I can split him in various version of enemies some of these features to create more diverse gameplay.

I tend to work more on the game system than actual characters anims, even if I love spriting. Because I know game system coding is not something I can do absolutly alone. Thanks to our great community, the projects can progress.

I'm impressed by your ambitious project and I'm looking forward more animations! I'm curious about how do you create these sprites.
