In Progress Power Rangers: it's morphing time!

The project is currently under development.
Scorpina, one of the Power Rangers' most iconic and fiercest enemies, joins the "Power Rangers It's Morphing Time" project. plus, 4P CPU CO-OP!

👏 Great work, O! I like her riseattack move at 1:06 which she jumps up and attacks. Even the part at 1:35 where the green falling projectiles are, I thought that was part of Tommy's respawn, but it's actually from Scorpina's summon. I really love that each NPC has its own icon position on its respective place based on one specific player's side.

6 PLAYERS? Everyone calm down!
Have you ever thought about being able to play with the ENTIRE TEAM? This has been a constant request from fans and we can't confirm it, but there's a possibility of having a CPU CO-OP mode that allows this configuration; it would be a 1-player mode with 5 CPU players.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to have 6 human players; we're limited to 4. And allowing 4 human players + 2 CPU players would add a layer of difficulty to something already complex, and we don't want to delay the game's development. So, is it possible? Yes. Will we add it to the game? Maybe. But if we do, it will be in 1 human player + 5 CPU player mode, and it will need to be unlocked by finishing the game.

Psykai, testing the CPU CO-OP mode up to the game's first two bosses on our project Power Rangers It's Moprhing time, an old school beat em up.

Our game "Power Rangers It's Morphing Time " running on the Anbernic RG505 portable console :)

Many people have been asking if the game runs on a specific Anbernic console or a similar one. The answer is YES if:
- You have the same version and build of OpenBOR that we used to develop the game (OpenBOR V3 6391). Versions lower or higher (like V4) won't work.
- You're running an official version for Android or Linux.
- Your console is 16:9. There are no plans for 4:3.

After numerous requests, we've decided to give all our fans a Christmas present: a public demo of the game!

To achieve this, we had to make some decisions for the good of the project, even if they don't please everyone:

- Windows-only version; it won't run on any other system and will only run on the downloadable version. There are no plans to change this.

- Fewer available characters (we're still deciding which ones, but Jason is already set)

- 6 levels, including the Megazord fight.

Were you a good boy to receive this gift? :)

Finally a REAL Power Rangers game unlike Rita's Rewind (btw the game is ok but it has some design flaws and the Zord Battles are a four letter ward which im not gonna say lol)

Thank you very much for your kind words. It's not my style to praise my own work (I've always thought that's a dangerous trap), but that's the comment I've received most since the release of Rita's Rewind :)
Either we did a good job that's better than the official version, or the official version had such a low bar that it was easy to surpass, haha.

My biggest problem with Rita's Rewind is this modern development style: release it as is, then we'll fix it.
It's one thing to release something and fix possible bugs later or add improvements. It's another to release something broken.

When I played it, I hated it. I only didn't ask for a refund because I received it as a gift.

I bought it on sale and still I won't my money back for some reason it was severely lacking fundamentals and the various gameplay modes were a mixed bag. Shredders Revenge and SOR4 I give it a pass because it least had the core fundamentals but some things left me question its design choices like in SOR4 Axel, Blaze, Floyd, Max and that policewoman don't have a run/dash but Adam and his daughter and Shiva have a run/dash?

Alguém poderia me dizer o que aconteceu com este projeto? Gostaria de saber se o jogo ainda será lançado ou se foi abandonado.
In this forum, we only use English. You can post in Portuguese as long as you also include the English version, even if it's from Google Translate.
Regarding the game's progress, I posted about that above :)

Neste fórum, usamos somente o inglês. Vc pode postar me portugues desde que também coloque a versão em ingles, pode ser do Google Tradutor mesmo.
Sobre o progresso do jogo, eu postei sobre isso logo
acima:)

Edit: Dunno why, the user had deleted his own post - right when I've discovered asked the same question on my channel.
Go figure :)

More gameplay in CPU CO-OP mode, played by our beta tester and voice actress @Psykai

Now you can choose any of the rangers as the main character and the game will fill in the rest with other rangers (duplicate characters are not allowed).
There are still some things to be fixed, such as the NPCs' reactions in some levels and the inclusion of the cutscene between battles against the Evil Green Ranger.

However, we won't be working on that for now as we are focused on releasing the public demo for Windows at Christmas.
