Tekken - The Devil's Rage

Canceled Tekken: The Devils Rage 6

No permission to download
Project is halted prior to completion and will not receive further updates.
Updated demo V4: https://www.mediafire.com/?f1m9a3kpi79iyv5

This update has reduced on screen enemy count, spelling mistake fix on select screen and in game moves list to get the list use attack3 when idle or walking the character will also taunt.  use attack1 to exit moves list screen and remember Kazuya as he has 2 pages use left and right to move between then and again attack1 to exit.

Can you increase extra lives and credits? When I play this mod, it is difficult. ;D

Sorry but you cant complete this mod its survival mode enemies will keep spawning untill you die.  This is just a demo to give a idea how my mod will play.  But a lot will change by the final version.

Can you make practice mode in final version? I want to practice skills, combos well.

Yes i have already planned that i even sprited a mokujin just for it and i hope to have some kind of damage counter in there too.

Hi all,

Having issues trying to get this to run..

checked the log and it said something on the lines of Failed parse script Data/keyc

or something like that (sorry not on the PC right now).

Is there a data folder i'm missing as I have just downloaded the V3 and V4 demo with neither of them working for me.

I'm new to the OPEN BOR scene and would appreciate any assistance :)

just as a update I am working like crazy to make a full menu system for this mod to access your moves list and new feature equipment to enhance your player stats.  I have always wanted my mod to be like zelda a action rpg and the menu will help give that feel.

here is a preview of zafina she will be a interactive npc non playable:

(i know i forgot the strings under the arms)

Ok people i am back with a update I have been working like crazy to get a menu system working in my mod pushing my scripting skills to the limit and finally I have a working system.

Here is a preview video trying to show off the ability to see your live stats, equip items to increase your stats, pick up xp orb to max out the equiped item therefore making its effects permanent and then you can equip something else to upgrade, player 1 and 2 can only have 1 item equiped at a time and not the same item, only the player who pressed start can control the menu, view your characters move list, equip a item to add skill jump dash(others to come), jump to menu and end game.  This is very much wip and may change by the final version.

Great! Makes me want to try :D

BTW about returning to world map, you really should store returning coordinates in global variables upon touching a location. Then use these coordinates to put players near last location when returning to world map
In Map demo, I don't use menu to return to world map, but there is system to put players near last location when returning to world map

Wow, this is looking really impressive :) I also love that nature scenery. It's nice to see something pretty once in a while :) I hope all the stages will look as detailed and visually appealing as that.

Will items be found along the way or do you begin the game with them all? It seems odd to have small, medium and large items available at the same time because naturally you're going to pick the large ones.

Will there only be 3 playable characters? I notice the select screen doesn't have room for any more but wondered if that was just a temporary thing. It would be nice to have a roster a similar size to the main series.

Great work! Building menus is a pain regardless of expertise level, and it doesn't matter what you're working with. Web sites, phone apps, desktop programs, you name it, menu building is pure tedium. Hats off to you for pushing through!

Also loving the Sword of Vermilion style RPG aspect. Kazyua's base animations (walking, jumping, idle) still need work, but his attack animations are pretty nice and it looks like you've worked out the fighting mechanics.

Excellent, looking forward to more!
