THE NINJA WARRIORS ONCE AGAIN Trailer

I want to play as the ninja robot Raiden so bad, He reminds me of the Sentinel from Xmen: The Children of Atom fighting game. I was also thinking about making Ninja Warriors Again based mod called Ninja Warriors Never Again after the Once Again game is released and when I am done making the demo for Knights of the Round: Annihilation, i already started a project folder for it.  ;)
 
I still whip this out on the SNES emulator now and again. Just blasting through first level for quick stress relief or strapping in for a 1cc run. Always thought it would be even better with a Z plane, but it's a great game. New one looks good, I'm in!

Played the SNES title a few times, good game. Maybe with this new game I'll finally beat it. Still going to main Kamaitachi.  8)

I thought of Sentinel to, as soon as they showed him walking, even the way his hands are positioned are identical to how Sentinal's hands while he's idle. I also wanted to use the Ninja Warriors in a mod to, lol.

I find it a bit strange to release it in low resolution like this.This game would gain a lot by adding z axis and higher resolution graphics.
It looks fine, like neogeo games from 96.I wouldnt guess its a new title.
Its a bit of a shame they did not used daddy mulk from segacd version, its the best one
Also this game in original arcade gave the impression that youre fighting to the beat of the music while marching forward, it made the game exciting, they could of capitalize on that and made special levels for this.

I have to disagree. This is exactly what most people have liked - the original graphics, with more frames, better animations.
 
Sure ive seen the comments and most if not all people like that they used the same graphics style,  i hope it will sell big numers , i probably would want that as well if i were a fan.
But if they would create battletoads that look like super battletoads on arcade then for me it would be just like mod of arcade version with more frames and different storyline.
I would prefere hires pixel art , or something that is in the spirit of originals but with better clarity and more details.
Im that guy who would prefere if games would look like actual cartoons when you play them.I like pixel art but for me it had its place and time.
It doesnt mean i dont like pixel art because i like that new blasphemous game thats very much like castlevania with gore but its gameplay mechanics makes the game more recent and detailed.Here in ninja warriors again, there is updated gameplay, more frames but not enough IMO, im not sure why, probably that lack of z axis and only 3 chars.
Im very curious how succesfull this game will be, so far most comments are very positive and im only one who nitpicks .

I thought Ninja is already huge but Raiden is even gigantic  8)

I wonder if there would be new enemies and new boss(es) as well

This game is obscure. I got retro gaming friends who don't even know the game.

NW Again came way before Tekken, and the arcade game it was (very) loosely based on came before it, though the arcade didn't have that boss.

Hard to say if it inspired Jack's design or not.
