What game(s) are you currently playing?

I came out of a big playing hiatus and I've been playing:
Lunar silver story -ps1 emu
Star Ocean first departure r -psp emu
Magic Sword -mini SNES
I even managed to get my daughter ( 5) to play some seiken densetsu with me today.

Ganbatte Karate

Beyond Oasis (Genesis)
Streets of Rage 4
Ace Attorney Trilogy
Street Fighter VI
Shadow of the Ninja Reborn

I will play Street Fighter V and Dead Or Alive 5 later this year. LOL Maybe God of War (PS4) and Nioh 2.

Cronos: The New Dawn - Getting a bit further now and getting the hang of how combat works. There are some light puzzles elements, but nothing too big brain thinking. Works fine for me. Bloober wasn't kidding on making sure this game is deep on the horror without being overly noisy nor relying on constant jump scares. You do get weapons and self-defense items of course, but never turns into full blown action, similar to Alan Wake II. Though all you get melee wise is a stomp and a punch. Which are both last resorts, or ammo saver, if you land a critical on a biomass monster. There are no dodge mechanics, so it's pretty much straight up Dead Space and Resident Evil 2 Remake in that regard.

I broke down and ordered Expedition 33. It should arrive in a few days. I heard about mainly through mentions when looking for new info on next chapter of FF7 Remake, and after seeing some videos, figured I'd try it. It's been a long time since I risked a purchase on a new franchise mostly blind.

I managed a no death run of Spike Out: Final Edition. I used White. I have not played this game since the early 2000s. It's nice to have this game on disc, even though I had to buy Pirate Yakuza to play it. Good news, I got Pirate Yakuza on sale, so it's not like a paid full price. Back on topic, the game is pretty much 3D Streets of Rage 4, but not in name. There are at least two character analogues to Axel and Blaze. This game is the most late 90s SEGA Arcadey game ever made by SEGA. The game has alternate paths it does not tell you and you have to figure out on your own. You can go up to 4 player, but make sure you have the equal amount of controllers to how many you have with you. The game will split into different and smaller square screens, so I suggest playing this on big screen, if you got it. I'll probably do a different character run later on.

Cronos I finished a few weeks ago and it's awesome!

Absolum - Took me 8 runs total, but I finallly defeated the Undead/Lich King. One of the four major bosses. I got the frog guy as the final playable character. I also unlocked another NPC who goes back to the home base. I love how this games has hidden areas, and interactions that expand the lore. Cider his hands down, my favorite character. She's got multi hitting combos for days.I died in the training ground area after the swamp, so it's back to the beginning again, but I am so much stronger now. 16K+ is my best score run right now.
