This idea is awesome! Something like a page opening effect showing the game screen in a comic panel before zooming into the game itself would be awesome!
 
I like the sprite of Hercules but I think his animation is too moving, especially his head, which gives him a sort of comical attitude. I except some more quiet force from this kind of char. ^^

That was a strange behaviour in OpenBOR - select screen resets all your lifes and resets the score. About the score, I think its how the devs wanted it, but the life count was a bug and White Dragon had fixed it in one of this newer builds (but the game has some issues with those versions, so I don't suggest to use them yet).

The problem is: Zvitor alreadu use this type of graphic in his game and in his website, so I don't want to mislead people to believe its a game made by him. I will add some effect at the left part, to avoid that cut.

What do you plan to do about the reseted score?
This should be fixed by the devs at the source code. Its better than making a workaround.
 
By the way, WD had fixed the reset score issue in the last build (needs to compile). I will test it asap.

Looking good! Hulkbuster doesn't look the same style as the rest of the game but might look better once he's in-game.

Crystal's sprite is a cool pose! :)
 
So you're working on two characters together now? :) cool! Looking forward to seeing more videos of them in action. Maybe on Stage 1 so we can get a better feel for how they might play in-game?
 
About the colors, here are all his costumes

I am not working alone on him. Iron First is a team work (like pretty much all characters):

- Jhfer edited all the base, turning Fei Long into Iron Fist
- I've drawn the belt in all the sprites
- Doom had shaded all the belts
- Jhfer coded the very basic character, with no voice, just to have a base to work on.
- I am working on polishing it.

I am working on this game in my (RARE) sparetime, or when I get bored with Mugen. It's a slow going process, but is progressing nicely.
 
Glad to see your still able to work on this O' I commissioned a couple new attacks for ironfist last year and they used fei long as a base so if you want to try to use them let me know and I'll post the sheet for you
 
Looking great! ^_^ I think the darkest white on the white palette could be a little darker though. It looks a little washed out and all the same at the moment.

Great work though.

And I am using all his effects as a separated entity, as it should be. So I don't need to add more colors to his palette.

Some more news:

- Iron Fist hyper move is almost done (by the combo count you can guess how it works). Also, Ares is almost done

- Attuma got new voices - voiced by Paulo Bender

- More frames were added to several enemies, like Sky Ranger and Sky Terror

- Sky Terror now doesn't dies with a single hit
