Robocop? Are you sure?
If I can give my honest feedback, he doesn't fits the game at all. We already have a very out of place Batman (the rendered version make it less out place thought), but I can see it turning into a mix festival of things, with no standard.
For example, we have mk characters, with a specific size (it's not just the height, it's the proportions too), specific number of frames. Then we have SF Movie, with different sizes, proportions and frame count. Then we have KI, rendered graphics with very different sizes and frames counting.Then we have other games, with different sizes and such. Now we have a out of place Robocop, which I think its a mugen character done by an very old friend of mine, which used motion capture to shot those images.
See my point?
My fear is: you were working on it a lot, I liked the original idea. But I think you are overdoing it and there is a big chance to fall on the biggest mistake of any model: to turn into a "generic mix of everything" game.
