To replicate the dead I save all fatalities in PSD with every original frames.
Then use the sprites of another enemy with the same gore layers.
Take a lot of work, yes.
About use bind script, not.
I create one entity for every enemy for the body parts. This entity have a lot of follows with every part with the different animation. Then only spawn the desire follow with the same pallette of the spawner.  ;)

Take some practice but the technique is the same of the tusk video for all heros.

Carolina's Haunting fireballs are really cool!
And I like how Orchid finishes her opponent with no mercy!! Her last pose is kind of strange anyway  ???

This last video make me think this game will be one of these games you can finish without having used all the moves. Typically this is what I like in games.
-more path/routes to follow
-more moves to try ingame

About Orchid last pose, I find some problems when the fatality is perform when the enemy has a wall very close behind him. So I need the Orchid return back again to avoid problems with the walls.
For that reason use that animation like a winning pose in the end.

Next fatalities: Fourth of Kitana and Fourth of Jago...
 
No problem with the fact Orchid takes a pose  ;D
Just, I feel the pose like a goofy/strange pose type.
Perhaps something more glamour, less b*tchy  ::)
(This is only my personnal taste - overall it's OK anyway)

Do not worry, my friend, your opinion is very important to me.
I was thinking and I came up with a great idea to finisg in a better way the fatality.
Right now I'm working on the update.
In a few moments I will share the final result.
 
Finally I decided to make a fatality update so that it looks better, with a great idea that occurred to me.
