Cool, I really like the way you did the Sentinel boss. It made a lot of sense and it looked fantastic coming in and out of the background.

Some more updates to the Ahab stage: now there is an extra front layer some changes on the floor.

I want to share something I did and I really proud of how it looks :)

An idea I wanted to do has been around for a long time and I managed to do it now: working with palettes in the scenarios. The color of the scene changes according to the element in use - each element works differently - and, if there are 2 players, you face more enemies.

Only at this stage, the Elemental does not randomly change its palette (which makes it change power) when it rises after a fall.

Oh, and now the select screen has a little slide effect on each character


 
its on my plans to make a full screen white fx which will quickly fades.
What amazes me is that all this change is native by the engine, you don't need to use any script :)

So for the changes, when elementals appear, you have a background entity that changes the palletes/colors, or there is away to actually change the background/fg layers without script or entities spawning?

there is a level where its supposed to re-color from nighttime to daylight that i needed to fix, & this might be the best option....
 
Trexrell44 yeah, kinda like that :) Other characters already does the same (the flying ones) and Quicksilver can recover when falling from the truck.

One thing I found weird about official games is that they just tended to make the Acolytes generic enemy characters, such as Chrome at least twice. Nice to see more Acolytes get their dues as proper bosses in this game. I wonder if there’s even more Acolytes, or perhaps other boss encounters against what were in previous games demoted to generic enemies like Krakoa and Living Monolith, down the line?

Miru yeah I like to give a chance to forgot characters, and they even haven't gave Chrome a good change in the comics too - he died very quickly to save Magneto :(

Living Monolith is someone I would like to add someday if its possible. And Exodus could be a very difficult boss too.

Great Neptune's Trident! Namor has a new riseattack, where he calls a water geiser to attack the enemies. The old riseattack is now his duckattack.

How it sounds? I've made just the fence and the pillars semi transparent, not the lower area.
(notice that his legs are covered, but not his torso).

I decided to add this type of effect only on stages where the view is blocked a lot, like this one:

While I don't consider myself a spriter, I really like the result of this NPC I did for the underwater stage.  She is a very obscure Inhuman called... wait for it... Mermaid https://comicvine.gamespot.com/mermaid/4005-47400/

I had plans to add Shark Girl (Iara dos Santos) as an NPC, but her edit was too hard to me to edit and esn23 gave me a easier character to edit :)
